Commetal produces stamped, blanked and deep-drawn metal components using presses of up to 1,000 tons with transfer and progressive dies.
The presses in the stamping department are equipped with deceleration technologies during the forming phase in order to achieve the highest quality results.
Commetal’s facilities also include robotic welding cells.
The company is able to supply components that are washed using automatic machines to remove any traces of processing oils, thus ensuring high-quality welding and assembly.
Commetal also has an automatic turning department for secondary operations, suitable for medium to large-scale serial production.
