Thanks to the large use of automation and robotic, the assembly department develops great capabilities both in terms of production and of quality.
During welding processes 6 antropomorphic robots are used, these can operate simultaneously.
The assembly is also effected by spot welding, with multi-electrode electronic welding machines.
All the production units are divided into fully equipped work islands, handled by qualified personnel, operating under self-control by the machine.
